Olive oil tasting tour

Please note that the farm soil can be muddy after the rain, so just in case please bring some comfortable walking shoes.

Olive oil and Asian cuisine
Ok, this is something new. I guess no one does in Puglia! But I always believe that the olive oil goes really well with my cuisine.
This tour will be full of surprises. It can be Japanese, Indonesian, Vietnamese, or who knows, maybe Indian!
About 1.5-2 hour tour, minimum 2 people

This tour is only available during the harvest time. This can change year to year. Usually between mid-November to the end of December. Please make sure to contact us before booking this tour.
Puglia at the table

-Let's cook some traditional + seasonal puglian dishes
-After the lesson, we can enjoy our food!
About 2-2.5 hour, starting at 10:00.
Please kindly advise us before in case you have any food introllences.
*If anyone interested, we can also do a mini-tour at local vege-fruit shop before the lesson.
